SAMA Finance is the continuation of ORIX Leasing Egypt (OLE), one of the first leasing companies of Egypt formed as a joint venture between leading international and highly reputable local institutions to provide medium term financing by way of leasing to a wide range of customers. It was incorporated as an unlisted joint stock company under the Investment Law No: 95 of 1995 in June 1997 and commenced operations in August 1997. Head Office of SAMA Finance is in Cairo with branches in three key business hubs of Egypt i.e. Alexandria, Mansoura and Asyut.

SAMA Finance offers a cost effective financial product i.e. finance lease to a diversified range of customers throughout the Country. Since its establishment in 1997, the Company has had an edge among its peers due to its international roots and local expertise acquired over the years which allows it to respond to the ever changing operating environment quickly and efficiently. The Company prides in the fact that it has played a major role in the economic development of the Country by supporting the small and medium business enterprises (SME) sector and in doing so, has created thousands of jobs both directly and indirectly. The Company has helped numerous small businesses to grow in to larger enterprises and in doing so has become one of the most prominent Non Banking Financial Institutions in Egypt that is continuing to create a large network of corporate customers.
